Guarantee on dogs purchased or bartered for from Blessed Acres Farm
Pet guarantee: Dog purchased with limited AKC, CKC registration or no registration is guaranteed for 5 years of life for any genetic defect that would cause the dog to die or live such a poor quality of life a licensed veterinarian would suggest uthanizing the dog. This includes heart defects, complete blindness, inability to walk from hip displacia or patella luxation, severe skin conditions, cancer that kills the dog. A licensed veterinarian and a specialist must make all claims. A minimum of two separate evaluations must be submitted to me in writing for a replacement and an autopsy must be performed in the case of death.
Things not included are allergies of any kind, infectious diseases, freak accidents, suspected mistreatment, hernias of any kind, mild thyroid conditions, mild heart murmurs or irregularities, other things not in any way my control.
It is my belief that if you purchase an animal with the purpose of a pet that you should have a pet for a minimum of 5 years and I will spay and neuter any breeding stock unable to far exceed those goals.
Dogs purchased with full AKC registration with the potential as breeding and show stock.
I offer a 2 year guarantee against hip displacia, patella luxation, heart murmurs, thyroid conditions, genetic skin conditions such as Demedex mange. I make no claims about the folllowing: size, color, height, weight, placement of the animal in the show ring or capabilities of the animal to reproduce as an adult. Animals sold with full registration means at time of sale there are no known defects that would prevent an animal from being shown or breeding, but no one can guarantee the future.
Please note no money will be refunded the buyer will be given a replacement animal of the same quality with a different genetic make-up within one years time. If no replacement is possible in this time span a financial refund will be issued to the buyer.
